I am trying to: get the clusters to show the count of the number of markers in the area.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: I expect to see 14 on the cluster marker
Instead, I got: 56 on the cluster marker.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this map is set up in the admin area.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?
Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing the admin access.
During troubleshooting, I noticed that for some reason, for each "Sites" result from the view, there are 4 map marker code blocks in the page's markup. This explains why the cluster marker icon shows the total number to be 56 (14 x 4).
As I couldn't reproduce this behaviour on my test website, with similar view settings, it seems something specific to your website is involved.
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, so that it can be investigated on a different server.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
