Hello!

I imported a CVS file to create associations for the relationship "servicio-localidad".

At first try it was ok because the amount of associations were less than 300. But then I imported a bigger table and the associations are not beeing proccessed hidden link

To get clear I'm not talking about the associations marked as red that can't be imported. I'm talking about the associations ready to import but the button to do it never appears.

After some minutes at the inspector I can see an error, so I incremented php max execution time. But it didn't solve the problem.

What I want is to cancel that process and start again with less content. Is it possible for you to do that for me? I looked at the database but didn't find where this is saved to delete it.

And as the content is so massive (263 services associated each one to 8058 locations = 2,119,254 intermediary posts) is there a better way to generate this associations?

What can I improve from the server configurations to make it faster?

Thanks in advance,

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Importing the mass content is a tedious job and importing 2,119,254 posts even without using Toolset and if you try to import using WordPress only you will get the same results.

I'm not sure what plugin you are using to import the content but here is the Doc:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/how-to-import-posts-from-csv-files-and-maintain-relationships-when-using-the-csv-importer-plugin/

To import such big content I suggest you should get in touch with the CSV import plugin support and check with them if they have any easy way to offer to import such big content (2,119,254 posts).

Otherwise - the only way is for you to split the content and we can offer the support if the content is not imported correctly and Toolset is the culprit. You will have to import the content on your own.

I suggest you should run few test with smaller CSV file after checking with CSV import plugin support if they have any other better way to import such mass content in simplest and easiest way because they are the people who works on exclusively on import/export content so you will have to check with them if they have any other tool.

Hello Minesh. Ok I get that. But I have been waiting 16 hours for your support. The main problem is not solved. I need to cancel the process that was made and that is stuck, to start testing with smaller size of data. The problem is at Toolset - Import/Export - Associations not with the CVS import plugin. That's why I gave you full access of the website . I need a solution ASAP because if not I can't do any other import or test.

When you say you used bigger file - how many rows (associations) you were trying to import using that CSV file?

Yes, I can see the bigger import is still in progress when I logged in to admin and when I checked the associations tab its still running:
=> hidden link

#2350601

Were 500 rows with 263 association each one

#2350603

If you give it some minutes it gets stuck at 10.700 or something like that

I checked and I can see its still running and there is no way abort that request. The only way I can think of is you will have to restart the server and that should help you to stop that request.

Could you please try to restart the server and see if that help you to run another import.
