Filtering by post fields is not working.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
I am trying to:
Create a view where user can filter by some post fields. However, when search button is clicked it will show "No items found" while there are many records with the filtered post field. The strange part that it works suddenly after some time of testing with out changing any thing. Then not working for the next testing. What would be the problem?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

If the search works intermittently without making any changes, this could be the result of older or cached content.

Please make sure that any cache or database optimizations at plugins, server, and CDN level are configured correctly. You can consult your website's host to know if any cache or optimizations are applied by default.

If the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, so that I can see how this view is configured in the admin area.
