This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Using any filter option in Custom Search View, the images of the posts disappeared. And appear again after page refresh.
Solution:
Check for warnings and https alerts in console.
Its SSL issue, please make sure to update images links from http to https. It will resolve the issue. Redirect SSL files properly. I recommended this plugin for SSL setup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
