Hi, I can see the description in your other ticket. May I log in and check your wp-admin area to get a closer look? Please provide login credentials in the private fields here and let me know if it's okay for me to temporarily deactivate plugins and change themes temporarily.

Thanks, I took a look and I have logged out now. I can see that your site uses a drop-in plugin that manages object caching on the server (screenshot attached). My guess is that there is some aggressive caching on the server that is causing this problem, because the fields seem to be active and set up correctly and I don't see any errors in the browser console. Is there a host control panel available where you can purge object caching?

Or if not, is it possible to temporarily remove this file from your server to confirm this is indeed the source of the problem?
