See attached screenshot. When I'm adding new posts or editing existing posts, there are some fields title which is not available.
This is probably since I've added and remove fields but it shouldn't be there since they are deleted.
Thanks again for the prompt reply and support.
Hello, if you deactivate, delete, or unassign a field group in Toolset > Custom Fields, that field group should no longer appear in the post editor screen. Are you saying you have completely deleted a custom field group, yet it still appears in the post editor screen? If that is the case, I can log in and take a closer look. There may be some server-side caching system in place holding on to these empty field groups, and clearing that cache should solve the problem.
If you'd like for me to log in and take a closer look, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.
I guess my host blocks users not from Israel.
I'll try talking to them.
If you can tell me how to delete serverside cash I can try it. It might be easier.
There may or may not be server side caching implemented, I don't know offhand. There are several different types of caching systems, and each type of caching system is cleared in different ways. You should ask your hosting company for more information about that.
I'll stand by for your update.
ok. I need to provide you access in the server firewall. I can either enter a specific IP or send an email with a link that will let you enter the website (easier way).
Please let me know which one works for you and I'll arrange it.
This does not seem to work for me, unfortunately. I received the email with a link, but when I click the link I am redirected to a page with an error message that translates to some kind of failure in the whitelist process:
הוספת ה IP (2601:742:200:e7a:9dc2:55c0:bd81:339a) לרשימת הגישה המיוחדת לא הצליחה
Maybe because I have IPv6 address in USA? I'm not sure. I'm still seeing a 403 error when I try to visit the wp-admin login page. I can try to reassign this to another supporter if you'd like, if there is no other way to allow admin access for me. I do not have any available supporters in Israel, but there are supporters in other areas who may have standard IPv4 addresses that can be whitelisted effectively. Let me know how you would like to proceed.
Hey,
My hosting provider opened the access for IPV6.
Could you please try again?
Thanks
I clicked the link in the email again, but unfortunately I still see the same errors when I try to access the live site. I asked a few of my colleagues to try to access the wp-admin URL, but they are also seeing the 403 error at hidden link.
So it seems we are unable to access the live site's admin area. If you'd like to create a clone of the site using the All-In-One WP Migration plugin, you can upload that clone to Drive or Dropbox and post a download link here in the forum. Please use the advanced settings to exclude the Media folder so the clone is not excessively large. All links you share in the forum are hidden from the public for your security. I can download that clone and install it on my local environment for testing purposes. I can run some tests in the clone and see if I am able to see the same problem you have described.
I'm really sorry for all the trouble. Should work now.
Please try one more time.
Thanks
Okay I'm able to see a login now, thanks! But it says the password is not correct, can you check one more time and provide an update if needed?
Okay thank you. I do not see a bug in the software, though, I see some empty field groups that should probably be deleted. These field groups are assigned to the Tip post type, which is why you see their panels appear in the post editor screen. You can find these empty field groups in Toolset > Custom Fields > Post Fields tab:

The first field group in this list contains several custom fields, but the other 3 field groups are empty. You should delete those field groups if you do not want them to appear as panels in the post editor screen.
You can delete empty field groups by hovering over them in the list here:

Or you can edit each individual field group and delete it from within the field group editor screen at these URLs:

Screenshots are attached.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
