[Resolved] Few settings related to the form that do not seem to be working anymore

This support ticket is created 4 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

What I was hoping to do is that I could use the Toolset Form and post Products such as Event. The Form was using the 3rd party Custom Field so it would and assign the Custom Fields that the User enters into the Form and create Product Posts using the Content Template.

Since the Form is using the Same Fields (date, time, location) as the Content Template then all the fields should have been linked. There is nothing wrong with the Content Template - it's the Form that is not working.

I just looked at the Product Form and it seems that the Event Date Fields are now blocked so no data can be entered - see attached.

So I can't use the Form without entering the Dates

Please check the custom date field settings here:

Click "Event Start Date", in section "Conditional display", you are using below option: Is Event = 1

It conducts the problem you mentioned above, you can remove them and test again.
