I am trying to show croped featured image.
But there is no image shown at all.

So, crop function works well for Siteground hosting, but not works for Kinsta and WPEngine hosting

Hi Kirill

I tried to visit your staging site from your previous post about this issue but the link is no longer valid.

I ran a test locally with the current versions to check that the wpv-featured-image shortcode works with custom sizes, and it does.

In a Content Template for single custom posts I inserted the following shortcode:

[wpv-post-featured-image size="custom" width="60" height="60" crop="true"]

When I viewed a post on the front-end which has a featured image using that template it generated this markup:

<img src="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>">

I checked in the uploads directory to confirm that the shortcode generates a newly sized image (so it shouldn't be necessary to re-generate them).

Before going any further can you check and confirm the same on your site, to see if there may be some restriction with the hosting that prevents the re-sized image being generated?
