Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am building a recipe site. I would like logged in users to be able to mark a recipe (a CPT built with Toolset) as a favorite and unfavorite if they want to do so later. I want to create a custom view of only the recipes they have favorited.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I found a support thread from 3 years ago. Is this still the recommended approach for marking a post as a favorite?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
This is a brand new site. The only page that's currently published is the home page. Everything else is in draft.

Hello,

There isn't an easy way to add a favourites button. It is possible, but it is awkward trying to implement this with forms and you can get a much smoother experience by using a dedicated plugin such as favoriteposts (hidden link).
