Hello,

I am writing on behalf of my client Kenneth Reed who has bought Toolset and has access to this support.

Amir pointed me to raise a support ticket for my problem with the newest update of Views.

View 2.8.2 causing a fatal error on my dev site. PHP is the latest 7.2. I had to deactivate it in order to get my site online but this is not the solution.

Thanks,
Strahinja Zivkovic

Hello,

What fatal error did you get? Can you copy/paste the PHP debug logs here?

I suggest you check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme.
3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

In the meantime, the issue is resolved.

Manually deleting and installing Views again gave the results. Everything working fine now.

Thanks for your support.
