[Closed] fatal error using Toolset Access

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When trying to activate Access management for "Entries" , there occurs a fatal error on the site and does not work in the frontend.

Thank you for getting in touch.

In order for us to know exactly what is causing this issue we will need for you to temporarily enable the wordpress debugging.

With the debugging enabled we should get a printout on your website what is the error.

To enable the wordpress debugging please follow the instructions in the link below.

Once you have done this please try to enable the access plugin and let me know what exactly the error is.
