Hello,
I have a fatal error that doesn't allow me to open a page.
Thank you.
I got this as well, but only on one of my forms. The others are fine. It crashes on the front end and in the backend when saving the page updates.

I have the latest updates for everything. I'm using Twenty Seventeen theme and WPBakery Page Builder in conjunction with wp-types
Hi Roman, I'm escalating this issue to our 2nd tier support for some additional investigation. I haven't been able to replicate this on a clean site installation, so I created a site clone to reproduce this on my own environment. Even after disabling all other plugins and activating a default theme, I'm still seeing this error. I also tried creating a new form and removing the access control shortcodes, but neither of those helped. So I think something else must be going on, and we'll need to take a closer look. Please stand by and I will update you as soon as I have more information.
@stefanO-2 - I will follow up in your ticket shortly.
Roman, our developers have released an erratum post with a temporary patch:
https://toolset.com/errata/exception-fatal-error-failed-to-open-fieldclass-radio-php-shown-on-page-with-cred-form-shortcode/
The permanent fix will be implemented in the next release of CRED. Sorry for the inconvenience here - let me know if the patch does not resolve the issue for you.
Christian
Is this patch the answer to the thread I've also raised regarding same/similar fatal error?
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/generic-field-cred_show_group-causing-fatal-error/
Thanks
