Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello,
I have several business listings in a Toolset Directory. I didn’t use the Form to create these listings but I would still like to set an expiration date - furthermore, I need to receive a ‘warning’ email a few days before they expire telling me the specific post that is in question.

I know I can set this action in the form settings, but it doesn’t seem to work unless the form was used to create the post. Can I set the expiration date and have an email warning set 3 days before they expire to the posts I currently have?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Zeb,

Thank you for getting in touch.

As you rightfully deduced, you won't be able to set the post expiration information without the post being created from the form. As there are background functions that ensures that the post expiration works when the post is created with the form.

So you won't be able to setup the post expiration on posts that were not created with our frontend form.

Thanks,
Shane
