Hi, Shane.
This is the page I'm working on: hidden link (u: flywheel/p: summer-jams)
I want it to look like this page: hidden link, with the search & filter fields across the top of the 2-column layout. Also, I can't figure out how to widen the container/grid/view, to fill-out most of the page width.
Thanks.
Brian

Hi Debbie,
I was able to have a look at the page but i'm a little confused.
This page below
hidden link
There is a search in the right sidebar made by views.
However you say you want the page to look like the one below.
hidden link
Both pages are exactly identical with only the first having the views search so this leaves me a little confused.
Is it that you just want the search fields to be formatted correctly ?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi, Shane. I apologize for any confusion.
I need the search & filter fields to display in a row above the row that contains the calendar and upcoming events columns. right now, I have the search & filter fields above the upcoming events column. I mentioned the other page as a reference to my desired result, as far as spacing on the whole page.
hopefully that makes sense. 🙂

Hi Debbie,
Yes I understand clearly but where would the search results be? Still in the right sidebar? Also the calendar won't change its results based on the search criteria as Event Calendar doesn't have this level of integration.
The calendar will always display the static values.
However to move the search bar above the calendar I will need admin access to see how you've set this up.
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi, Shane.
can you give me an email address to use to set up a WP user account for you? I'd rather not give you my Admin u/p credentials. but I can set you up as an Admin.
Thanks.
Hi, Shane is unavailable today but will return tomorrow to continue assisting you. You can use no-reply@toolset.com as a generic email address if you'd like. Then include the credentials in the private reply fields here.
Hi, Shane.
I added you as an Admin on my site, using the 'no-reply@toolset.com' email address.
Please let me know if you have any issues logging in.
I'm working on the Toolset Events page: hidden link
Thanks.

Hi Debbie,
I've made the updates to the page now.
Please let me know if everything is ok now.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi, Shane!
Thank you for the update. Can we put the Search and Filter fields in a row, across the top? And move the Loop column down, so the top aligns with the calendar top row? then, widen the view, so the calendar/loop ratio is around 60/40 on the page?

Hi Debbie,
You want the search bar to be a full width column and the results to be in line with the map ?
results in line with the calendar, yes 🙂 and widen the calendar/results, so they fill out the page more. por favor.

Hi Debbie,
I've made the updates.
Please let me know if everything is ok now.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi, Shane.
Really close, now. can we put the search and filter fields in one row? so, Search | Audience | Focus Areas...horizontally?
and then widen the columns with the calendar and results, so they fill out the page width?

Hi Debbie,
We may need to rebuild this search in the classic editor as there seems to be an issue where on the first load of the page the columns for the search isn't formatted correctly.
If you perform a search you will notice that the columns appear as intended.
Please let me know if this is ok to remake the search in the classic editor .
Thanks,
Shane
Hi, Shane. Yes, please feel free to rebuild in the classic editor. and thank you for all your work on this, so far!
