I am trying to activate the most recent versions of your plugins (e.g., Toolset Views, Toolset Types) but I am getting a fatal error. I deleted the old versions of the plugins and downloaded the latest versions but this did not work. The site has WordPress 5.0 and is using php 5.6. Specifically, I get the following message: "Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home2/neotropi/public_html/fernsoftheworld/wp-content/plugins/types/wpcf.php on line 80".

Thank you for the help.

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

The message "syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION" shows when the installed PHP doesn't support the anonymous functions, which were introduced in PHP version 5.3.

I'll suggest getting in touch with your hosting support team to confirm and upgrade the PHP version, to at least 5.3.

I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Waqar
