[Resolved] error updating

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I tried to do the newest updates for Tools and Views this morning, and got these errors:

Hi Elise,

We are actually aware of this issue and provided a fix for this.

What you need to do is to perform a manual update of your types plugin by uploading it to your site using FTP.

To update please follow the steps below.

1. Download and Extract the plugin that you want to be installed in your WordPress
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2. Log into FTP Account using FileZilla or similar program.

3. Go to wp-content/plugins directory

4. Upload the plugin in the directory

5. Once the file is uploaded, then go to WordPress and just activate the newly updated plugin.
