[Closed] error message: toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This support ticket is created 2 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have followed all previous instructions to remove it. Regenerate the site key being the main one. Last time this happened your support team had to log on to the site to resolve it.

Could you check the custom installer debug info, please?

Go to Toolset > Settings and click the Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting link at the bottom.

On the resulting page click the Installer Support link. (Or you can access the page directly at wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support.)

Does it report any problems in the logs?
