Hi, I have migrated my website hidden link to a different hosting provider today and now see the error message "Toolset Plugin can't connect to Toolset" in the WP backend. What can I do? Thanks for your support. BR - Ralph
Hello,
Please try these:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Follow our document to upgrade all other Toolset plugins, and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/
section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"
hi, no change after doing this. I'm attaching the latest screenshot. What else can I do?
There might be other cache(compatibility) issues in your website, can you install/upgrade Toolset plugins in your website?
If you can, then you can ignore that message.
Hi, probably this then happens because the new Website hoster uses a Litespeed server. I can update Toolset without problems. BR and thank you for your support, Ralph
