error importing

I am trying to: import an xml file from a different site

I expected to see: imported data - the review it generates shows all the post fields, post types and taxonomies correctly

Instead, I got:
Types import errors
Unable to process file

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Are the versions of the plugins the exact same between the two sites?

Also could you send me the export file so that I can try it here locally.

hi shane, thanks for getting back to me

yes - both versions are the same, were actually starting to use a multi-site network and want to export the types data from the top-level site to a subsite - not sure if that affects things?

have pasted the XML code below - any help would be appreciated
