I am trying to: install and use Toolset

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: meteoglobale.com entire site

I expected to see: nothing so far because I haven't done anything except install Toolset

Instead, I got: it broke my theme. I contacted my theme developer (ThimPress) who answered: An error caused by the ‘Toolset Layouts’ plugin, please check this plugin to make the header and footer unloadable.
See image below for what the site should look like, instead of a broken site with no header or footer. The Toolset plugins are deactivated so the site can look the way it should.

Hi Samuel,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind me taking a duplicator package from your website so that I can perform some tests without affecting your live site ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Samuel,

I took a look at this and the default theme works fine with our Layouts plugin so its not necessarily an error in our plugin.

Digging deeper I was able to find this line of code that was throwing the jquery error.

						var tpj=jQuery;

I'm not sure where this code is coming from but it seems to be the culprit and is still present even after our layouts plugin is disabled.

Could you ask the theme author to have a look as well and let them know that this code is still present even with Layouts is disabled.

Thanks,
Shane

thanks.
I just tried on my end and the site "breaks" when I activate Toolset Layouts.
So the Jquerry is in the theme? I'll ask them and get back to your, please leave this ticket open.

Hi Samuel,

It seems so or something else is generating it because its not there when I switch to a default theme even with Layouts still active.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Samuel,

In the meantime would you mind temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins on your site to see if this helps ?

Sometimes there might be a conflict with multiple plugins.

Please try this and let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

I've just tried that, deactivating them all, 1 at a time but nothing changed (besides a lot of functions not working)

this issue is still not resolved. Our theme maker is currently testing your plugin in their own environment and evidently, are not finding a quick solution to the issue...
