This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back and sorry to learn that the issue still persists.

Can you please share the updated temporary admin user's login details, so that I can access the website's admin area?
( the login information from the last ticket, no longer seems to work )

for the plugs not up to date, I have deactivated but nothing that changes (do not update to Dokan plugin)

Since the issue seems specific to your website and I can't reproduce it on my test website, I'll need your website's copy, to perform in-depth troubleshooting.
