When a CRED form is completed, I do not receive an email on a personalized email.
However when I do the test it works.
Do you know why ?
THANKS.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
Are you not receiving the form's email notification only on this particular email address or have you also tested it with a different email address too.
Also, if your website already doesn't have any third-party email logging plugin active, it would be a good idea to have one activated too.

This will help in narrowing down, if the email notifications are not getting triggered or not getting delivered.

Waqar
Hello,
I tested WP mail SMTP.
For test it's work but for mail CRED doesn't work.
Thank you
And did you get a chance to test out any email logging plugin on the website?
For further troubleshooting, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the exact steps that you used to test the form notification.
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
Thank you for sharing the access details, but I keep getting the 'Authentication failed.' message.
Can you please test the username and password again?
Note: I'm setting your next reply as private too.
The access details worked, thank you.
I'll be running some running some tests and will share the findings, as soon as they are complete.
Thank you for waiting.
I performed several tests on my website with a similar form and notification settings and they were sent successfully. However, for your website's 'Ajouter une annonce Football', I didn't receive any notification.
Looks like something specific to your website is involved. There are several plugins which are not updated to the latest versions, including the Toolset plugins.
I'll recommend to update all plugins to the latest versions and then test the form again. In case the issue persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, to investigate this on a different server.
Hello,
I updated the toolset plugins and I tested on football ads it still doesn't work.
Yes, I authorize you to make a clone of the site.
Thank you
Thank you for the permission and I've downloaded the website's clone.
I first tried to use the Duplicator plugin but for some reason, it kept on failing. I was then able to download it through the 'All in one migration' plugin.
I'll be running some tests on this clone and will share the findings, as soon as this testing completes.
Thank you for your patience.
Just wanted to update you that I'm still working on this.
Will be able to share the detailed findings, by the end of the day today.
First, thank you for waiting as this troubleshooting turned out to be much more complex than initially expected.
Even though the cause of the issue is the least someone would expect, the fix is fairly simple, on a positive note.
During testing on the website's clone, I noticed that the issue with email notifications would get fixed, if the Toolset Views plugin is deactivated.
Further digging revealed that for the view 'CV Rugby' ( ID: 355 ), some incorrect cache content was saved in the database, which resulted in a fatal error, which in turn failed the email notification.
If you go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Views and look for this view 'CV Rugby' ( ID: 355 ), you'll see the clean cache button in line with it. Clearing its cache fixes the notification issue.
Please test this on your website and it should do the trick.
It's perfect it work !
A big thank you for your help and your patience.
Have a nice day.
