Was this with the patch applied, or were you trying one of the other workarounds?
It was the patch purely, just after applying all available plugin updates.

Thank you, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I can confirm in my own local environment this patch does not completely solve the problem for me, so I have asked my 2nd tier team to go back to our developers and let them know we still have an issue. I'll keep you posted as I receive more information.
Hello, our developers have informed me that the fix for this issue will be included in the upcoming Views 3.2 beta release. Right now the schedule is showing it is likely to be released next week. I'll keep you posted here.
Awesome!
Thanks for keeping me posted on this issue!

Hello, we are in the process of distributing Views 3.2, which contains the fix for the base64 code in email notifications issue. You may be able to find the new version of Views available for automatic update in wp-admin > Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab, or if it is not yet available for automatic update you can click "Check for Updates" in the Toolset commercial plugins area. If that still does not allow you to automatically update, you can always download Views 3.1.2 from https://toolset.com/account/downloads
Please update all your Toolset plugins to the latest versions, then test again. I ran a test locally on my clone of your site after updating all Toolset plugins, and the base64 code was no longer included in email notifications. Please let me know any relevant testing details if the issue is not resolved and I'll take a closer look. Thanks!
