Hi,

As discussed in our chat, I've set your next reply as private, so that you can share the website's clone.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the duplicator package.

It was a database only package, but I managed to deploy it, using the default WordPress, theme, and plugins files.

There is just one post edit form on the website named "Update VU Registration Form" and I'm facing no difficulty in updating or saving its email notification. Also, there is no option selected for the "Notification e-mail recipients" section, so please make sure that you've specified the recipient for this email notification.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share the screenshot of all the settings in the notification and the error that is shown.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

Still, when I try to select these options the error is shown. See the attached image ..

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

If you'll check this form, it has only the post title and the accept fields and none of them is an email address type field.

This is why you see the warning message when you select the option "Send notification to an email specified in an email field included in the form" as the form has no field which can be used for this option.

If your goal is to send this email notification to the "Email Address" custom field added to the Virsual University Registrations post type, then please include this field in the form's editor and save the form. After that, this field will be available to be selected from the dropdown under the "Send notification to an email specified in an email field included in the form" option.

Also, make sure that all the required fields (like the subject) are filled in the form notification. The required fields will be highlighted in the same color as the warning message.
