My client has a library of documents and forms and that it wants to make available online. My client does not want to create a full-scale membership. They want to prevent access to these documents and forms until an email address has been provided.
I've created a searchable view that lists the documents and forms. Ideally, when a visitor to the website clicks on the document/form in question, it will only redirect to the CPT when a user enters their email address. This will then display some explanatory notes, additional information and a link to the document.
Does anybody have any experience or knowledge of a simple email content locker that works with Toolset?

The Toolset Access plugin is designed to offer content restrictions around members, which means the visitors will first have to register/signup as a user on the website.
If you're looking for an email content locking feature without user registration, you'll need to use some third-party plugin. While we don't recommend or restrict to use any specific plugin, the following article reviews some of the popular options:
