I created an email in both the user form and the post creation form, but the email was not sent when it was supposed to be sent
When I send an email in "sand a test email" it works
Thanks

That should help establish whether WordPress tries to send the emails (but there is a subsequent problem), or whether the problem occurs earlier and the emails are not sent at all.
Let us know what you find in the logs when you submit the forms and trigger the emails.
Hello
1) I contacted the company that manages the storage on the website and they checked that there is no problem sending emails on the website and when I send from WEBMAIL the email is sent and arrives fine
2) I installed the WP Mail Log plugin and you can see that the emails have been sent
3) I am attaching a copy of the smtp log
4) I am attaching 3 pictures of the error log, which appears when I created a post that should send me emails (this is a post with several steps, so it should send several emails)
Thanks
Younes
!!! In order to repeat the process of the steps of the post several times, after publishing the post you can click on the link "לעריכת פרטים לחץ כאן" and then you can repeat the steps of the post!!!
Thanks
Younes
The problem has not been solved and it still exists
But the smtp log I attached earlier is not relevant because I had another problem
Best regards
Younes
I've reviewed the involved forms and their email notification settings, but couldn't find anything that would result in the failed email notifications.
Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website? This will help in investigating these notification on a different server, without affecting the actual website.
Thank you for waiting, as I completed the testing on your website's clone and on my test website.
Here are my recommendations based on that testing:
1). Please update all Toolset plugins to the latest versions on the website.
2). In the post form with ID '2731', I noticed that the username and not the email address was saved in the 'Send notification to a WordPress user' field of the notification.
Normal operation is that when we type a username and select the one suggested by the autocomplete feature, it automatically inserts that user's email address. But in this case, the username was saved and not the email address.
3). While testing email notifications, it is a good practice to avoid using email addresses that contain words like 'test' and/or 'testing'. These emails are treated by some servers as spam or less important and can result in failed or less-prioritized delivery and can even lead to temporary blacklisting.
4). Your website is not using any dedicated SMTP service or plugin for emails. Relying only on the hosting server's email service is not very efficient. Here are some guides on the importance and usage of SMTP host and plugin:
a). hidden link
b). hidden link
I hope these recommendations will help and let me know how it goes.
