Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to build a custom design with Elementor Theme builder (because the plugin description told me it is compatible)
But I see nothing.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
no seems to be you have none,

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I tried an built it with Gutenberg.

But....

The categories are still only shown in the preview.

I see you are using Astra theme.

I read the article. I chose disable Meta. Meta still shows.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

The meta information is coming from the theme but I am not sure why the option in question is not working that is why I need to check. Along the way if needed do we have your permission to copy your website to our server for further investigation?

Sorry for our late reply, the turnover takes longer during the holiday season.

I unfortunately did not get an answer regarding the login information to be able to check the website.

Also it is important that we keep problems separated so we can focus on one issue and serve you better.
