Elementor shortcode not loading in views

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I am trying to pull through my elementor site navigation template on a WooCommerce product template.
When I add the shortcode to the template it isn't displaying anything, i'm sure this usually works?

I checked and inserting elementor-template shortcodes doesn't work in that scenario, but it doesn't work inserting them into Content Templates generally.

I'm not sure what context they are expected to work in.

I'm consulting with my colleagues and I'll get back to you.

I just need to get my Elementor Header into the content template somehow..?

Huh?

In Elementor you can create custom header templates, and when you do you specify when they should appear.

You don't insert them into content templates.

I just created an Elementor header template, and specified that it should be applied to all pages.

When I visit my WC shop page or individual product pages (both custom designs made with Toolset) I see the custom Elementor header.

Are you trying to do something different?
