Please see screenshot: as the View Editor does not work only in Text mode and the Console displays this:
But as soon as we disable Toolset Types it works Perfectly fine.

It seems like you have some basic issues with your site unrelated to Toolset.
I logged-in to your site to see the issue.
When I deactivated Types I saw that the console still contained JS errors (screenshot), and these errors appear to occur on many (possibly all) back-end pages.
It looks like you have a problem with your WordPress install, I suggest you try updating it (even if you are on the latest version).
When you have resolved the issue of JS errors with Types disabled, see if you still have problems with Types enabled.
I note in your settings for Pages at Toolset > Post Types that you are opting to choose which editor to use on a per-post basis, so I wasn't sure whether the editor should be the classic editor or the block editor.
