This support ticket is created 3 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.
No supporters are available to work today on Toolset forum. Feel free to create tickets and we will handle it as soon as we are online. Thank you for your understanding.
When I edit a Template I get "our site doesn't include support for the "toolset/blocks/container" block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely."
In order to ensure that this isn't being caused by a plugin conflict it would be best to first disable all the non-toolset plugins and then check again to see if the issue remains.
If the problem still persists would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a look at this one in more detail.
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
I did some more checks on your website, however I needed to take a copy of the site for further testing as we need to do some more intrusive debugging on your site which is not safe for a live environment.
We were able to identify the possible caused of the issue as there are quite a few Javascript errors on the content template in the console.
What I've done is to escalate your ticket so that our 2nd tier team can have a further look at it.
Our 2nd tier team identified that the cause of the issue was from our Toolset Forms plugin. With Forms disabled the issue was no longer present.
What they advised is that you delete your current version of Toolset forms and download a fresh copy of the plugin from the link below. https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
As the plugin could've become corrupted somehow. Please try this on your end and let me know.
The site has been shut down for the following toolset issue, so I rolled back to a previous state, maybe its related to this issue
Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Toolset WooCommerce Blocks.
First, visit your website (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
