Hello,
There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset plugins, you can not duplicate Toolset WordPress Archive, one archive page can be only assigned with one Toolset WordPress Archive.
But you can apply the same Toolset WordPress Archive to multiple WordPress Archive pages, see my screenshot loop-selection.jpg
