Duplicate "Add new" taxonomy buttons in CRED form

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have duplicate "Add new" buttons in CRED edit form - as couple of other users have already reported, like in this thread: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/there-are-2-add-new-buttons-displayed-on-my-form/

I have the latest versions of everything and problem still exists. Also I try to delete and recreate or even drag the taxonomy field to different place, after saving everything is as in the beginning. The expert mode shows completely empty form so I don't dare save that.

I have saved some css styles to this form today, so it's not completely ignoring saving.
