[Resolved] Divi / Woocommerce / Toolset error

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When ordering products on my site the order will not go through on the front end (they are shown as pending on the back end). I am getting an error in my debug log that shows the issue is with Divi Woo-Commerce Modules however, when I switch off Toolset Woocommerce Views plugin - the problem goes away.

Would it be possible for someone to have a look at this for me?

Hi Orla,

This is quite possibly due to the setting "Use default WooCommerce sorting for product archives." being enabled in Woocommerce views.

If you go to Toolset -> Woocommerce views and disable this setting then it should start working again.

Please try this and let me know the results.

Unfortunately it had no effect. The order goes through on the back end as "Pending Payment" and on the front end the page jumps up to a blank WooCommerce error and does not complete. The the debug log points to the Divi WooCommerce Modules. I can attach the debug log if you activate the private message.

Not sure how I will order the product because when I go tot he product page here hidden link

Its not displaying any information for me to add the product to the cart or purchase it.

Could you walk me through the steps or record a short video clip highlighting the issue.

Would you mind if I grabbed a copy of your site for further testing.

I'm handling a similar issue in another ticket but i'm not able to replicate.

It seems to be caused by our Woocommerce views plugin but I need to do a proper debugging.

please let me know.

Thank you Shane - I am actually having the same problem on another website but that site just has Toolset Views & Toolset Types installed. I know Divi added new WooCommerce modules lately so might have changed how they handle WooCommerce. That probably doesn't help but I said I'd let you know. I'll be testing that other site further tomorrow so will let you know if it is definitely Toolset that is causing the error.

Hi Orla,

I've escalated this to our 2nd tier supporters for further debugging.

Also I've noticed that this works fine when I switched to another theme, so it is definitely related to divi and woocommerce views.

No updates on this one as yet, however there is quite a number of tickets for this exact is so our development team is aware of the issue because there has been an internal ticket opened with them for this one.

Just an update on this one.

We are currently experiencing quite a few compatibility issues with Divi at the moment, especially divi 4 .

I've gotten information that this issue has been fixed and I would advise that you update all the toolset plugins as well as divi.
