Hi, can you try these troubleshooting steps?
- Clear your browser cache, log out of wp-admin and log back in. Edit an existing Content Template and scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see a section "Theme Options", where you can toggle open a panel with options.
- If the problem is not resolved, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views, then activate the parent Divi theme. Edit an existing Content Template again.
- If the problem is not resolved, please open the browser console and check to see if any JavaScript errors appear when Viewing the Content Template editor page.

Please let me know the results of these tests and we can go from there.

May I log in to your wp-admin area and take a look at how things are configured? Please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.

It appears that your Views plugin is a bit out of date. Please update to Types 3.0.1 and Views 2.6.1. If you register the plugins, this update should be automatically prompted in wp-admin. If automatic update is not working as expected, please go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads and download the latest Types and Views plugins. Then deactivate and delete the plugins from your site, and reinstall Types first, then Views, using the zip files you downloaded from your account area.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

Thanks for the direction. Updating the plugins worked.

Having the same issue now on a different Content Template. It's for an archive layout (post type and taxonomy). I have the Theme Options available, but the page won't accept it and defaults to the sidebar. I've set it to fullwidth.
