Hello Toolset.

I installed your newest updates that were released today and now the divi builder stopped working when the divi theme integration plugin is active.
The divi builder works fine when I deactivate the divi theme integration plugin.

How do I fix this?

Thank you for your help.

Nicholas

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support. Let's see how we can resolve this.

1)
Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.

2)
Could you please check your browser console for possible JS errors and send it to me for review.

3)
Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue. You can grab that from:
=> Toolset => Settings => debug information link at bottom of page

Hello Minesh. Thank you for your help.

1) I activated the WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file

This now shows up:
docs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-content/advanced-cache.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/htdocs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-settings.php on line 74

Warning: include(): Failed opening '/www/htdocs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-content/advanced-cache.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:..') in /www/htdocs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-settings.php on line 74

2) I checked the browser console

3) I grabed the debug info as you said.

I don't know what is causing this issue.

With kind regards

Nicholas

Quick update: The Warning: include(): Failed opening '/www/htdocs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-content/advanced-cache.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:..') in /www/htdocs/w013a313/weidefarm.de/wp-settings.php on line 74

Was caused by the wp super cache plugin.
This doesn't show up anymore.

Unfortunately the divi builder is still not working, when the toolset divi theme integration plugin is activated.

Could you please share problem URL where I can reproduce this issue?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Could you please guide me how I can reproduce the issue and exactly which part is not working with divi builder.

I checked with one of the page but I can see its working - see the following screenshot:
