[Resolved] Display thumbnails of repeating images with offset and limit options

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I have a repeating custom field image applied to custom post type. I would like to display the images beginning with the second image and continuing to display 6 images.

Solution: You can use the wpv-for-each shortcode to loop over the repeating images, and add a start and end value for offset and limit, like this:

[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-coach-images" start="2" end="7"]
[types field='coach-images' title='%%TITLE%%' alt='%%ALT%%' size='custom' width='65' height='50' resize='crop' separator=' ' ][/types]
[/wpv-for-each]

Hi there!

I am trying to display a list of thumbnails, it all work fine but I need to limit the results to 6 results and offset the results by 1, so it displays 6 results starting at the second image.

Here is my code

[types field='coach-images' title='%%TITLE%%' alt='%%ALT%%' size='custom' width='65' height='50' resize='crop' separator=' ' ][/types]

is there options to limit and offset results returned??

Hi, you can use the wpv-for-each shortcode to loop over a repeating image field, and specify a start and end value like this:

[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-coach-images" start="2" end="7"]
[types field='coach-images' title='%%TITLE%%' alt='%%ALT%%' size='custom' width='65' height='50' resize='crop' separator=' ' ][/types]
[/wpv-for-each]
