[Resolved] Displaying Search Results on a Different Page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I am trying to have a separate search and results as per the documentation on https://toolset.com/course-lesson/displaying-search-results-on-a-different-page/

The problem is that the settings are slightly different from the documentation and I am unable to turn off the "View Output" on the search page. It looks like this option is no longer available?
Solution:
I just double-checked on my local test site and it worked, but it only works if you follow the specific steps in the documentation page you linked to.

In particular, you must start with what will be your results page. Add a View block and create a new search View. When finished setting that up publish the page.

Now create the page that will have just the search form. Add a View block, and choose to use an existing View—the View you just created.

In the sidebar you'll see the options available to only insert the search form, and specify the page where the results will be displayed

Thanks. I was trying to split a pre-existing search/results page into two separate entities. It looks like I might need to start again from scratch instead. I will give that a whirl.
