Displayed routes on maps

Hi,

A quick enquiry. I see that there has been suggestions to update maps so that routes can be displayed, like on Google maps.

We have an internal ticket for this, and the last comment from a developer was "we should do this...", but that was two years ago.

We have a few small issues in Maps we are hoping to address soon, but this particular issue isn't on one of the current development boards, so I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

I've added this thread to that ticket, though, as a "vote" for it to be implemented.
