I am trying to figure out if this is possible - to have an image gallery and have the comments change each time you go to another image in the gallery - so each image in the gallery would have its own comments section.
I know that when you upload an image to WordPress it creates a page for that image where you can show comments, so I was thinking maybe there is a way to use a shortcode or something to add it to the description below the image, so the comments section for an image could then travel with and be made to appear with that image in a gallery. Adding a shortcode similar to wpv-post-body would work -- if there were such a thing as wpv-post-comments - but I don't think there is.
Do you have any ideas here, how I could use Toolset to create a gallery that has a different comment section for each image in the gallery - in other words, the comments section changes when the image changes in the gallery.
Hello,
How do you setup the comments for each image?
With Toolset gallery block, you can use different image caption for each image, see our document:

I am trying to figure out how to set up comments for images. I was thinking I could somehow use the comments section that wordpress creates for an image when you upload it into the media library and have that display on the page (beneath the image), so the comments section rotates with the image. I am wanting to allow people to be able to comment on individual images in the gallery, so each image has its own set of comments as someone moves from image to image. I know how to do captions, this is something else.
I always look to Toolset first to see if it can do the job, but not sure if this is the case here. Thanks.
