Hi, there is a Loop item template in use in the All Reviews View. I'm attaching two screenshots here that show the template code I'm referring to. Edit the All Reviews View, and replace the wpv-post-body shortcode with the code from the template editor. Then you should be able to use the post body shortcode in the Products Layout.
