Hi Jamal
I have created a new post type and added a number of fields.
I have then filled out the fields and created a single post at this time
if I go back and edit, the fields look empty on the visual tab but if I click the Text tab - the HTML is there. This is only for wysiwyg fields

As discussed in chat, please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If we detect which component produces this issue, we'll need to confirm it in one of our test sites before I can escalate it to our developers. Otherwise, we'll need to take a copy of your website and debug it locally.

If the test reveals which component produces the issue, please install it on this test site and try to reproduce the issue. I'll escalate it to our 2nd Tier as soon as I can confirm it.

If the issue is not reproduced, please allow me temporary access to your website to check this further. Share a URL where I can see the issue, and a screenshot if possible. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Hi, I am afraid that disabling plugins was inconclusive as this is intermittent. disabled all - no problem. Enabled one at a time - no problem either. enabled all - problem went away. Then came back a few minutes later.

I see. This seems like a caching issue(appears a few minutes later). Can I log in to your website and check it closely?
Please share a URL where I can see the issue.

Hi Jamal,
I do not see my reply where I gave you the details - can you confirm you have them please?

Thanks

Steve

Hello Steve, I got your message. It is a private one, and only visible on request. Check this screenshot hidden link

I visited the following posts and I could not see the issue. Check this screenshot hidden link

Can you share a URL where we can see the issue? Or does it happens on these URLs, but randomly?

Hi Jamal,

The URLs you have are the ones. The issue was erratic as previously mentioned but has never happened since the latest toolset update. Should it come back - I will be in tiouch but thank you for having a look.
