Hi, it's possible to have two Views on one page and use the responsive settings in each View block to show and hide those Views at different screen sizes. On a standard Page, the responsive tools for each View can be toggled independently (see attachment - views-responsive.png). However, if you're referring to the WordPress Archive for the arts-and-crafts category, the process here is a bit different. Normally I recommend you use the responsive tools inside the loop of the WordPress Archive on the individual blocks that make up the loop. For example, you could create one row in the design that is used for the desktop View, and hide that row on mobile devices and tablets. Then you could insert another row in the design that is used for tablet and mobile devices and hidden on desktop resolutions. You can use Container Blocks to contain each row design, and use the responsive tools on each Container block to set those visibility configurations.
If you explain more about what you want to achieve and why this approach will not work for your needs, I can try to present a different solution.
