I think I did as you mention...
1. In post/page I click on " Edit with Layouts"
2. In layout cell editor it is added in cell as content template...
P.S.
And also Preview in Layouts doesn't work for me, only after clicking on Update I can see difference?
Is there some kind of debugger or can I deinstall and reinstall Layouts again, maybe it will help?
Also I still have problem with text design in visual editor and blank space below footer (there is no any space in footer in layouts).
Here is one new page for example, there is not Jetpack form, but problems are here: hidden link
Spacing below footer, text is not as in visual editor (no spacing).
Likely my Layout plugin is damaged (or whole site)...
