[Resolved] Dates setting to default '1999-11-30'

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi Support,

No matter how you select the date field, the date of the date is '1999-11-30'.
But sometimes it returns to normal.

Have you ever encountered something like this?

Hi, I haven't seen this exact problem before. Can you try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, then deactivate all plugins except Types.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, log out and log back in.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem was not resolved, please go to wp-admin > Settings > General and take a screenshot of your timezone, date and time settings. Attach this image with your next reply.
