Hi!
I have date fields that shows the timestamp instead of the date. View code is:

[wpv-post-field name="evento_inizio" format='j F Y'] - [wpv-post-field name='agenda_al' format='j F Y']

Moreover, using [types field="evento_inizio" style="text" format="j F Y"][/types] shows nothing!

What am I doing wrong?

PS: I'm using the latest stable beta.

Hi Antonio,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with access to the site so that I can check on this for you ?

The private fields have been enabled.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Antonio,

I see that you are using our RC plugins but these are meant for testing and not for live sites.

I also noticed that there are quite a number of plugins installed on the site. Could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,
even with all other plugins disabled the problem is still there.

Hi Antonio,

Would you mind if I took a duplicator package from your website for further testing ?

Also If you install the latest stable version of our Types plugin version 2.2.23 does the issue still occur ?

Thanks,
Shane

I have installed the beta because I need the repeatable custom field group functionality. I suppose I will loose all if I switch to the alfa release, right?

Hi Antonio,

As a clause the Beta's and RC are not meant for production use and issues will sometimes occur as the plugins are not final stable releases.

For the repeatable fields yes you will lose this functionality, however what you can do is to leave the site as is I will do the testing for you.

Can I get a duplicator package so I can test this locally ?

It should be noted that I'm not able to replicate this on a fresh installation .

Thanks,
Shane

Yes, of course. Just be sure to delete your copy one you finish. You know, user data privacy. Ok?

Hi Antonio,

This actually works fine on my local host.

Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and ask them to provide you with a list of all the php modules that are enabled on the server?

Thanks,
Shane
