[Waiting for user confirmation] Custom template for custom post-type is overriden by Blog template

Hi,
I made a custom post-type with Toolset (called "Item") and from the Toolset dashboard I was able to create a template to apply to every "Item" post. The template works OK in the block editor, but whenever I try to preview the template in the front-end or when try to view an "Item" post live on my website, the Blog template overrides all design and content. It happens no matter the theme I'm working with, but it doesn't happen to single pages that are not of this post type

I have tried changing template priority and ensured the template applies specifically to the custom post-types. Could you help me sort this out?

Can you please tell me what theme you are using?

Do you see the same issue with the twentytwenty two theme?

As you can see I've installed and activated the Twentry Twenty-one theme. You will have to use the non-FSE theme. But the good news is that we suppose to release the FSE theme integration very soon. Maybe in a month or sooner than that.

And when I check the single post of iteme post type I can see it works as expected:
