Custom post single template stopped being recognized

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

Everything was working fine until today I found out the the single-{post-type}.php is not recognized anymore and the custom post is displayed using index.php.

I tried to resave the permalinks but it didn't help. I'm not sure when it's started.

Where should I look to fix it? I can provide the site details if needed.

Sorry, false alarm. I found the cause in one of the functions.
