Hi,
I tried creating an archive with elementor and toolset view. I followed this support ticket https://toolset.com/forums/topic/custom-search-in-elementor-pro/ but is not working.

This is the problem URL page: hidden link

Please have a look. Thanks.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The ticket you shared as reference is about how you can display search form and search result on different section of the same page.

With Elementor we have limited integration as you can see with our Doc:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/

I suggest you should create archive using Toolset Blocks rather using Elementor.

I am using Toolset View and currently not possible to shift to Blocks. I have used two shortcodes suggested by you like [wpv-form-view name="exam-category-archive" target_id="self"] and [wpv-view name="exam-category-archive" view_display="layout"]. Since these shortcodes previously worked then I wonder why it's not working here.

Please help me resolve the issue with current resources. Thanks.

I'm not sure how exactly you setup your page/archive.

Can you please share problem URL and tell me what is your expected results.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I checked the issue and the thing is that we have limited integration when using Elementor.

I checked the issue and yes, I can confirm that ajax update does not work when you change the filter option.

So, you have two choice:
- Either add a Search button to your form
- Add search form and search result together rather adding search form and search result in different columns

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
