For some reason the custom fields is not showing up in a particular custom post type on the edit screen. It is showing fine for another custom field and custom post combination on this site. I tried already to take it back to a base theme and turned off all non Toolset plugins and it still isn't showing up.

Hi Caroline,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you provide me with temporary admin access to the website so that I can take a look at this for you ?

Please also let me know the field group and the CPT that you want the custom fields to be assigned to.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Carolina,

It seems that there is an issue with the field group.

Could you delete it and re-create it ?

Thanks,
Shane

I just tried to delete the plugins and reloaded them. Even tried a previous version and still no luck.

Hi Caroline,

I tried creating some test cpt and test fields and still have the same results.

Would you try disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying again ?

Thanks,
Shane

I turned off all plugins but the toolset. I reverted the theme to TwentySeventen. Deleted the recipe fields. Added new recipe fields.

Still same results.

I ended up deleting all the fields which were created. Then I recreated it. Then I had to purge both the page and the database cache and the fields finally showed up. Something had gotten corrupted in the fields I had and that was stopping it from reading anything beyond the old fields I had already.
