Custom fields not showing in editor

This support ticket is created 3 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have set up a new CPT and with it a group of custom fields. When I go to create a new custom post, the custom fields are there but the group I made isn't listed. I've switched off all plugins and tried in both classic and block editor, but my custom group still doesn't show.

How do you setup the custom field groups?

Please share your website credentials in below private message box, also point out the problem post URL, I need a live website to test and debug, thanks

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have found by switching off the theme the field group in the editor shows up and the fields can be filled. I have activated the plugins I require and the site works using theme Twenty Twenty One. The theme I'd hoped to use is Astra as I believe it is one recommended by Toolset.

I will try loading Astra again and report back if the issue persists.
